BioVinc is pleased to announce that its research team has been awarded an STTR Phase II grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH/NIDCR).
This grant will support a highly promising collaboration with Dr. Parish P. Sedghizadeh at the University of Southern California Dental School (USC) (https://dentists.usc.edu/dentists/parish-sedghizadeh/). In this effort, BioVinc will continue to pursue an accelerated path to the clinic with its novel bone-targeted antibiotic drug candidates which will potentially provide a significant improvement and less invasive approach to patient care for the treatment of bone infections.
